Ruyi Fluid officially launched mass production of high-temperature fluid quick connectors made of modified special engineering plastics PPS & PEI, completing its customized pipeline fitting product line for high-temperature working conditions. 

To solve high-temperature application pain points of automation equipment and new energy cooling systems, our R&D team adopted modified high-performance plastic materials and self-developed precision molds. The finished products can withstand continuous working temperature up to 180℃ with burst pressure of 35bar. All items pass strict air tightness, corrosion resistance and fatigue cycle tests. 

With full one-stop ODM & OEM customization service, this series supports custom pipe sizes, thread types and sealing structures according to client demands. Mass orders have been confirmed by multiple European automation manufacturers.
