Ruyi Fluid’s new high-temperature precision injection molding workshop has been officially put into operation. We added 3 customized high-temperature screw Haitian injection machines and upgraded our mold manufacturing equipment, greatly expanding capacity for custom mold development and mass production of special plastic fittings.

The new production line supports processing hard-to-form high-performance plastics including PSU, PVDF and PEI. Equipped with automatic ultrasonic welding lines, we realize integrated production covering mold design, injection molding, ultrasonic welding and full-process quality inspection. 

Previously limited by production capacity, lead time for small-batch custom orders was extended. After this production line upgrade, mold development cycle is shortened by 20%, and our annual output of fluid connectors rises to 12 million sets. We are capable of handling both small trial batches and mass OEM orders from global clients with stable on-time delivery.
