Recently, Ruyi Fluid successfully passed the annual re-audit of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and renewed CE & RoHS compliance test certificates for all fluid fitting series, further upgrading export compliance qualifications for global markets. 

The re-audit covered our six core production procedures: product design, raw material selection, mold manufacturing, precision injection molding, ultrasonic welding and finished product inspection. Audit experts focused on raw material incoming test, semi-finished process inspection, 100% air tightness test for finished goods, salt spray & fatigue testing and other full-range QC standards, confirming that Ruyi Fluid’s production management and testing procedures fully meet international quality management standards. 

At present, all our plastic quick connectors, adapters and three-way pipeline components hold valid CE and RoHS certificates. All raw materials are supported by SGS material test reports, which can meet export compliance requirements for industrial equipment exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other global regions, helping foreign clients complete overseas customs clearance smoothly.
